Provincial Development & Foundation Squads Training Sessions

A two-day intense training session takes place for the Connacht Under 18’s & 19’s Provincial Development Squads and the Connacht Foundation Squads this week (Wed. April 3 – Thurs. April 4), at Galwegians RFC.

All players arrive at 10:15am and depart at 4:30pm approx. On the first day, the Connacht Under 18’s & 19’s Provincial Development Squads will be in attendance and on the following day (Thursday 4th April), the Connacht Foundation Squads will be present.

The training sessions will cover on both days the following: Skill Development:
 Handling
 Evasion
 Kicking

The above skills are based on individual player development focusing primarily on technically development.
