Connacht's European Challenge Cup encounter with Northampton Saints will take place at Franklin's Gardens on Saturday, April 11, with a 3pm kick-off.
There are no plans to televise the game.
The first quarter-final will take place on Thursday, April 9, when London Irish host French side Bourgoin-Jaillieu. It will be broadcast on Eurosport and Sky.
The second quarter-final will take place on Saturday, April 11, with Worcester's 1pm clash with Brive being televised on Sky Sports.
Saracens will play Newcastle Falcons on Sunday, April 12, 3 pm in Watford in the fourth quarter-final.
