| Connacht's Magners League fixtures announced | |||||

 Michael Bradley's men will make their first trip to Wales to take on the Dragons at Rodney Parade in early October before entering rounds one and two of the European Challenge Cup. Follwoing that they travel to Glasgow on the weekend of October 24 and return home to the Sportsground where they'll take on the Scarlets the following weekend. Following a break for the Autumn internationals, Connacht return to action on the first weekend in December with their second trip to Wales of the season when they take on Cardiff. Rounds three and four of the European Challenge Cup follow in successive weeks before Connacht enter what is arguably the most difficult stretch of the season when they travel to Limerick on St. Stephens Day to take on Magners League champions Munster and what better way to kick off 2010 than a home match against Heineken Cup holders Leinster. On the second weekend in January Connacht host the Dragons before embarking on rounds five and six of the European Challenge Cup and with the Six Nations underway for the following few weeks thereafter, for their fourth season in succession their only match in February is away to the Ospreys on the third weekend of the month. The first weekend of March features a home tie against Glasgow before they travel to Leinster on the last weekend of the month and they kick off April with a home tie against Edinburgh on the first weekend. Connacht's final home match of the season will be against Munster on the weekend of April 17th before they conclude their season with a trip to Ravenhill to take on Ulster on the weekend of May 8th. The following weekend features the Magners League semi finals for the first time, with the top four teams entering a play off stage to determine the competitions winners next season, and with the Heineken Cup final following on the weekend of the 22nd of May, the Magners League final will not take place until the weekend of May 29th. PLEASE NOTE: Friendly games are confirmed for August 14th, 22nd and 28th. All Magners League games are listed for the Saturday on the weekend they are scheduled to take place. It is intended Connacht home games will take place on Friday evenings. Match fixtures will be confirmed once televised games are confirmed.
