| Connacht open Magners League campaign at home to Ospreys | |||||

 It will be the first of three matches in the Magners League this month as Michael Bradley’s men hope to start the new season on the front foot. Connacht will travel to Edinburgh next week before taking on Cardiff Blues on Friday, September 18, at the Sportsground. The following week, on Friday, September 25, Connacht will entertain Ulster at the Sportsground and then will travel to play Newport Gwent Dragons on October 3 before the competition takes a two-week break as Connacht open their European Challenge Cup campaign with a time at home to Spanish side Olympus Rugby before travelling to Montepellier. Connacht concluded their pre-season campaign at home to Rotherham Titans on Friday and are hoping to gain revenge for last season’s opening day loss to the Ospreys when the sides clash at the Sportsground this Friday evening. |
