Connacht trailed 7-6 at the break having had wind advantage with two penalties from Ian Keatley coming in response to an early converted try from Darren Cave. Brendon Botha touched down for Ulster shortly after the restart with Ian Humphreys adding two penalties. Ulster secured a bonus point with tries from Timoci Nagusa and Humphreys.
