Connacht 19 Worcester Warriors 7 Connacht maintained their 100% record in this season’s Amlin Challenge Cup with a deserved win at the Sportsground on Friday night. Connacht had to come from behind to make it four wins from four games in this season’s competition. Connacht led 8-7 at half-time thanks to a penalty from Ian Keatley and a try from John Muldoon after an opening try from Worcester full-back Chris Pennell. Connacht continue to dominate after the restart and a try from full-back Gavin Duffy extended the advantage. Victory was secured with another penalty from Keatley, who also added a late drop goal. Connacht will conclude their pool campiagn when they take on Montpellier at the Sportsground on January 15, followed by a trip to Madrid the following Saturday.
