 We caught up with former Saracens and Stormer’s hooker Ethienne Reynecke as he got a tour of The Sportsground for the first time today. Ethienne has joined the club and will be lining out in the green of Connacht next season.
“I know The Sportsground from playing here with Saracens at the start of last season so I’m no stranger to Galway. Connacht have been making huge strides over the last couple of seasons and I’m really looking forward to being part of something special like that. I spoke with CJ (former Leinster prop CJ van der Linde) who said that The Sportsground was always a difficult place to come to play and I can’t wait to make my mark here.”
