Match-day Terms & Condition’s
  • In case of emergency please obey public announcements
  • Connacht Rugby reserves the right to refuse admission to the ground for reasons of public safety, overcrowding or otherwise
  • Connacht Rugby hold no liability for any damage or loss of tickets
  • Connacht Rugby hold no liability for any loss or damage of property in the ground
  • If for any unforeseen circumstances a match is postponed, no money will be returned. All tickets sold will be valid for the re-fixed match
  • Tickets are not refundable or transferable
  • Entry on to the pitch is strictly forbidden at all times
  • Consumption of intoxicating liquor is permitted in designated areas only
  • Spectators are not permitted to bring alcohol into the ground
  • Connacht Rugby reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who refuses to be searched by security personnel
  • Connacht Rugby would remind supporters that fixtures are subject to change at any time and we cannot be held responsible for any associated costs to fans in the event of amendment
  • Admission to the ground is subject to the conditions that any photograph or moving images taken of any team or any member of any team may be reproduced solely for private use and may not be reproduced for any commercial purposes whatsoever
  • Entrance to the ground shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. Breach of these terms and conditions shall render the ticket void and all rights conferred or evidenced by it shall be nullified
  • All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • A C.C.T.V. system operates in all public areas in and around the ground

Connacht Rugby Facebook Community Guidelines

The official Connacht Rugby Facebook page is a page for fans and supporters of Connacht Rugby, we welcome the input and contributions of fans from other clubs. We aim to post relevant, interesting content as well as live updates where possible of all Connacht Rugby games. We welcome your comments and suggestions and we hope you feel part of the community. We are also delighted to welcome the contribution of various Connacht players from time-to-time on this page. We encourage you to interact with them but please remember to be polite and courteous as they have feelings too.

Saying that we want all members to be able to express their opinions freely and feel comfortable entering into informed debate and discussion. Taking this in to consideration, we reserve the right to delete any of the following:

- Comments, links, images or videos that are obscene, profane or hateful in nature.

- Posts that may be offensive to other community members.

- Comments that threaten any person or organization or company.

- Comments that defame or harass an individual.

- Successive off-topic posts by a single fan.

- Successive posts by a single fan that is deemed overly critical of the team or an individual.

- Repetitive posts copied and pasted or duplicated by single or multiple fans.

- Solicitations or advertisements.

- Comments, links, images or videos that encourage illegal activity.

- Any materials that infringe upon the rights of any third party.

- False comments or claims about Connacht Rugby, the IRFU or any other professional rugby team or governing body.

Connacht Rugby will run a three strike warning to fans that breach our guidelines. The first warning will be given by a comment from Connacht Rugby asking the individual to refrain from such comment is future. If the fan continues to post inappropriate comments, he/she will have her comments withdrawn and placed into the ‘sinbin’ for a period of two weeks. The ‘sinbin’ will act as a probationary period. If the fan continues to post inappropriately during this period he/she will be removed and blocked from the page.
