2. How can I buy a Connacht Season Ticket? Details of the 2012/13 Connacht Rugby Season Tickets will be released in the coming weeks.
3. When will I receive my season Ticket? Season Ticket cards will be posted in early August to the address submitted at the time of purchase.
4. Can I buy Tickets on the Gate? Connacht Rugby cannot guarantee that tickets will be available on the gate for all matches. To avoid refusal and offence, patrons are advised to purchase their tickets in advance.
5. Can I buy tickets for away games? Tickets for selected away games are available through the Connacht Supporters Club and season ticket holders will get priority. Connacht Rugby does not directly sell tickets for away games. Please note that for some games tickets can only be sourced from the host club.
6. How do I purchase International tickets? International tickets are sold through the IRFU or through your IRFU affiliated club.
7. What wheelchair access is there in the Sportsground? There is limited wheelchair access in the Sportsground. Patrons are entitled to one free carer’s ticket with each wheelchair ticket. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
8. Is there Parking Available in the Sportsground? There is no parking at the Sportsground on matchdays. There will be parking available in surrounding car parks. Details will be posted on the website.
9. I have lost my Season Ticket? Replacement Season Tickets can be ordered in the Connacht Branch office at a cost of €10. Identification may also be required.
10. What Time does the Gate open? Gates in the Sportsground open 2 hours before Kick-Off for Heineken Cup games and 1.5 hours before a RaboDirect PRO12 match.
