What price is a Season Ticket?

What different Season Tickets types are available?

  • Adult: Adult (18+) tickets for the Clan Terrace and Main Terrace.  Applies to adults born before 1/5/2000.
  • Enclosure: Tickets for the Enclosure area (unreserved seating and standing room).
  • Concession – Student / Senior / Wheelchair accessible: 16-18 year olds, students and seniors over 65 and wheelchair users. To be eligible for a Concession Season Ticket as a Student you must be between 16 and 18 years of age, i.e. born between 01/05/2000 and 01/05/2002 (identification [ID] required), or have valid third level student ID. To be eligible for a Concession Season Ticket as a Senior you must be born before 01/05/1953 (ID required). All IDs will be required to be produced for entry at all home fixtures. Please note that the name and date of birth on the ID provided must match that issued on the Season Ticket card.
  • Junior: Children aged under 16. To be eligible for a junior tickets children must be born after 1/5/2002. Proof of age is required.
  • Family: 2 Adult and 2 Junior Season Tickets

When will I get my plastic season ticket card?

All Renewal and Early Bird purchases will be dispatched by the first week of August.General Sale season tickets will be dispatched in increments as soon as possible.
Please review your account details and update if required by following the instructions.


Why do I have to update the details of the ticket holders on my season ticket account now?

The main reason is to allow the correct name of each ticket holder to be printed on the plastic season ticket card which will be issued shortly.
The date of birth of each ticket holder is needed to make sure you can renew the correct ticket (Adult, Junior. etc.) next season. Please note that checks will be in place on Match Day to ensure correct date of births are provided.
By providing a valid email address for each ticket holder (if they have one) it will allow Connacht Rugby Season Ticket team to contact you if needed.


How do I update the details of ticket holders on my account?

You can update these details here on the Connacht Rugby Season Ticket website. Here are the steps:

  1. On the email you received, the link will guide you to the homepage displayed immediately after login (or click the ‘Home’ link shown at the top of this page), click the box containing the Connacht Rugby logo.
  2. You will then see details of each season ticket you bought. A name will be shown on each – you need to update these correctly for each ticket holder.
  3. Click the ‘Edit Details’ button beside each of the ticket holders in turn. Update the details so they are correct for each ticket holder. Click the ‘Save’ button.
  4. Repeat for each ticket holder on your account. What should I do if a ticket holder does not have an email address?In this case, you can leave the email address set as your email address.


What should I do if I don’t know a ticket holder’s date of birth?

Please contact the ticket holder to check their date of birth.


What address will my season ticket card(s) be posted to?  Can I get the various season ticket cards posted to different addresses?

All season ticket cards you buy will be posted to the account owner’s address. The account owner can then distribute the season ticket cards to the individual ticket holders.
The address where the cards will be posted is shown near the top of season ticket homepage where the text ‘Shipping Address’ appears. It also appears beside the ticket holder marked as ‘Administrator’.
It is not possible to get individual season tickets posted to different addresses.


Can I get my season ticket card posted to an international address?

Season ticket cards can only be posted to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. They cannot be posted internationally.


What should I do if I made a mistake updating my details?

If you made a mistake, you can simply repeat the process of editing your details. The most recent details you entered will be used on your season ticket card and account.


Will I be able to update my details after I have received my season ticket card?

You are free to make changes to your details up to the point when we start producing your season ticket card. The most recent details you entered will be used on your season ticket card and account.
After that point, your season ticket card will be produced using the current details you have provided and it will not be possible for you to change these.
You will be able to change certain details on your account to keep them up to date, but these details will not be used on your season ticket card until next season.


How do I report my Season Ticket lost or stolen?
