After a disappointing season last year A.I.T women's rugby squad has had a very encouraging season to date. Lying on top of the colleges' league table the squad under the tutelage of Clem Higginbotham recorded wins against NUI Maynooth 32-7 and C.I.T 31-29. Geraldine Dunne captains the side from the front row and she is well supported in the pack by Nadine Martius and Laura Higgins. The star of the show is out half Anne Duffy who is a tremendous tackler and is well served by Vanessa Keena. Louise and Claire Moore also show huge potential.
