Benefits of rugby

Aside from the health benefits of playing a sport, rugby has the added advantage of catering for all levels of ability and different skillsets. Play for fun, to stay fit or to strive to represent your province. It is also a great way to meet people in your area, expand your group of friends and stay involved in your community.

If you feel playing rugby is not for you, then there are plenty of other opportunities to become a part of your club and rugby in the province. Become a referee, coach or volunteer in your local rugby club where you will be a vital part in ensuring the success and longevity of the club in your community.
