The Connacht Women produced their best performance of the interpros so far with a very impressive victory away to Ulster Women in Belfast on Saturday.

Brian McClearn’s side trailed 12-8 at the break despite a Mairead Coyne try, but they were able to pull clear in the second half with Aoibheann Reilly and Laura Feely touching down. Despite a third Ulster try in the dying moments, Connacht were able to hold on for a 1 point win.

The result means they finish the round robin stage in 3rd place and will face Munster on Saturday week for a place in the final.
