Buccs to host Connacht Rugby Summer Camp
Buccaneers have been added to the list of clubs that will host a Galway Free Range Eggs Connacht Rugby Summer Camp in August.

The Camp takes place over five days from August 14-18 and is for boys and girls aged between six and 12 with no rugby experience necessary to attend. Book online here.

The Connacht Rugby Summer Camps are an introduction to the game of rugby in a safe and controlled manner and will be managed by fully accredited IRFU coaches who will guide the children through fun games and activities over the five days.

The Camps cost just €80 and take place from Monday-Friday (inclusive) running from 9.30am-2pm daily with a 9am start on the first day for registration.

Children who participate will get the chance to make new friends and learn more about rugby values such as team work, commitment and integrity – and they will also meet Connacht players!

They will also become more aware of the importance of physical fitness and will learn to develop the basic rugby skills of passing, tackling, evasion and kicking and, most important of all, have a lot of fun to boot!

Every child that attends will receive a Connacht Rugby Summer Camp Pack that includes an official Summer Camp jersey, a Connacht Rugby rucksack, a rugby ball, and one free junior ticket to a selected Connacht Rugby match next season.

For further information about the camps, email emer.odowd@connachtrugby.ie.
