Ladies News: The ladies travelled to Mullingar on Thursday for a friendly, a successful friendly no less, and have two more in the pipeline before the Connacht Cup. Training continues Tues / Thurs.

Mens News: The Juniors wish team-mate Emmett Argue all the best with his recovery, injured in the recent clash with Portumna. He has grown quite attached to his nurse.

Minis / Youths: Training this Saturday has been cancelled as all minis are otherwise occupied in the St Patrick’s Day Parade. Contact Aidan on 086 3867960 with any queries.

St Patrick’s Day Parade: On St Patrick’s Day, Carrick RFC Senior Men / Ladies, youths and minis, will feature in the Carrick on Shannon ‘Landside’ parade. Start time is scheduled for 12:45pm. Coaches Gary Molloy and Ray Kelleher will be looking after this and hope for a strong bench and support team, It’s good craic for everybody involved, can every body participating meet at the girls school on the old Dublin Rd at 12.30pm.
