In another installment of Connacht Rugby's knowledge sharing programme, Coach Development are delighted to announce a workshop with our Personal Development professional, Aidan O’Flynn.
Aidan is an integral part of the Academy team and works with Coaches and Players on their Mental Preparation and Wellbeing.
During the workshop he will share his knowledge on understanding and communicating with players as well as how Coaches can reflect on their own behaviour and how it influences their team.
The event is specifically for Coaches of Youth (u15 and higher) and Adult teams.
It will take place at The Sportsground, College Road, Galway on Monday the 10th of December at 6pm.
Coaches will also have the option of observing the Talent Squad skills training at 7pm.
