Connacht go into there second game in this years U20 interpro championship after a disappointing opening day bonus point defeat to Munster last Friday night in Cork.
Ulster are the opposition this week, they opened their campaign with an impressive win over a strong Leinster side in Belfast last week.
Head Coach, Jimmy Duffy has made one positional switch and two changes on the bench for Friday nights encounter in Dubarry Park, kick off 5pm.
Alex O’Meara moves from full back to the left wing, with Conor Joyce coming off the bench to take the 15 shirt. Phil O’Neill drops to the bench and Ross Keller comes in for Ryan Sheridan.
