Following the bonus point win over Enisie-STM, the Connacht squad were delayed nearly three days in Russia.

Pat Lam explained the travel situation as it stood from Moscow Airport on Monday evening. The traveling party then split into three groups and continued on their travels to London, Amsterdam, Dublin and Shannon airports.

After eight flights to get everyone home instead of the one scheduled, the last party finally arrived into Shannon airport on Tuesday evening. All of Connacht Rugby are looking forward to Saturday’s home game against Brive on Saturday at 5pm.
