Date announced for 2017 Awards Ball

The Annual End of Season Connacht Rugby Awards Ball will take place on Sunday 30th April in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Galway.

Taking advantage of the May Bank Holiday, the black tie event will be held on the same weekend as our last home fixture of the season and promises to be another fantastic night out. Guests will mingle with the players at the drinks reception before enjoying a sumptuous meal and celebrating outstanding achievements of Connacht Rugby’s club and professional players. The award ceremony will be followed by a live music entertainment and DJ 'til the early hours.

18 awards will be given out at the ceremony celebrating the year’s achievements at all levels of the game including youth, club, schools women’s and the professional squad.  The Players’ Player as voted by the Connacht senior squad will be awarded on the night as well as the Team Man of the Year, Fan’s Player of the Year, Try of the Year and an award for Outstanding Contribution to Rugby.
