GUINNNESS PRO12 Fixtures Confirmed
Following discussion with Broadcast Partners and the participating teams, the GUINNESS PRO12 is now in a position to confirm the 2015/16 fixture list as well as the dates and kick off times for rounds 1 – 12.

Connacht Rugby will once again open the season by playing host to Welsh opponents Newport Gwent Dragons at the Sportsground. Kick off on Friday September 4th is at 7:30pm.

Pat Lam’s men will be on the road a week later, traveling to Scotstoun Stadium to take on PRO12 champions Glasgow Warriors where former Connacht coach Dan McFarland is in his first season as Forwards’ Coach.

The first interpro game of the season sees Connacht travel to play last year’s finalists Munster Rugby at Thomond Park in Limerick. The Saturday fixture kicks off at 5:15pm on November 28th and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Of the six home league games confirmed, there is an even split between those played on Friday and Saturday’s and every effort has been made to avoid clashes with Rugby World Cup fixtures.

The big Christmas derby will see Ulster visit the Sportsground on St Stephens Day at 6pm. Connacht will be in Dublin on New Year’s Day to play Leinster at the RDS.
