Connacht and Ireland’s Robbie Henshaw was awarded the IRUPA Nevin Spence Young Player of the Year 2014 for the second year in succession at last night’s sellout ceremony hosted by Scott Quinnell Dublin’s Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.
After winning the Young Player award in 2013, Robbie became the first player to have won back to back awards in any category in the 12 year history of the awards.
This year Henshaw was up against two graduates of the Leinster Academy Jack McGrath and Jordi Murphy.
