Sunday will see the first two of three Bank of Ireland Youth Girls Cup Finals with the U14 and U18 Girls Cup Finals being held in Creggs RFC, while the Bank of Ireland U16 Girls Cup Final will be held on Wed, 16th April in Creggs RFC at 6:30 PM. In a historic marker for the club, Ballinasloe RFC will be represented in each of the three finals, while Creggs RFC will take part in the U14 and U18 finals this Sunday. In the U16 final next Wednesday, it's Buccaneers that will take on the two-time U16 Girls Cup champions of Ballinasloe.

The first match in Sunday's double-header is the Bank of Ireland U14 Girls Cup Final at 12:30 PM which will see last year's runners up Ballinasloe RFC take on Creggs RFC. Both teams had impressive seasons and topped their pools in the Cup campaign. Creggs showed their strength early in the season by storming into first place in the League with only one loss to Buccaneers in the 4th round. However, when facing Buccaneers again in the League final, Creggs made no mistake in taking the win. Continuning their flying form, they recorded no losses in their Cup pool with wins against Buccaneers, Gort/Monivea and then a 17-12 win in their Semi-Final against Westport. Ballinasloe got off to a slightly slower start in their League campaign with a few close losses, but they quickly turned things around and showed incredible skill in their Cup campaign with a definitive clean win record against Corrib, Ballina, Ballinrobe and Claremorris seeing them in to the Semi-Final against Sligo Rugby. The Semi-Final ended in a draw, leading to replay where Ballinasloe made no mistake in taking the win with a 47-14 scoreline. It's either team's cup to win and it should be an incredible final with two young and exciting teams involved. The Bank of Ireland U14 Girls Cup Final is at 12:30 PM on Sun, 13th April in Creggs RFC.

Due to outside conflicts, the Bank of Ireland U16 Girls Cup Final between Ballinasloe RFC and Buccaneers RFC will be held on Wednesday, 16th April in Creggs RFC at 6:30 PM. Ballinasloe have won this Cup two years in a row and will be looking to claim it for a third year. It's an exciting Buccaneers side that will be looking to foil Ballinasloe's plans on the 16th. These two sides are extremely well-matched, having finished neck-and-neck on the U16 League table each with 5 wins and 2 losses. When the two sides met in the 4th round of the League, it was Buccaneers who took the 36-19 home win. Buccaneers just lost out on a place in the final after a Semi-Final loss to Westport, while Ballinasloe took a 12-0 win over Tuam/Oughterard to get their finals place. In the League final, they fell to a strong Westport side in Corinthian Park. Having been so close to a League final win, both sides hit the ground running in the Bank of Ireland U16 Cup Campaign and won all of their pool matches. Ballinasloe got their rematch with Westport in their Cup Semi-Final and they made no mistake this time in taking the win with a thrilling 19-17 scoreline. Buccaneers faced a strong Gort/Monivea side in their Semi-Final which ended in a draw, prompting a replay. In the replay, Buccaneers proved too strong for the Gort/Monivea side and Buccaneers sealed their place in the Bank of Ireland U16 Cup Final after an impressive 22-15 win. The Bank of Ireland U16 Girls Cup Final is at 6:30 PM on Wed, 16th April in Creggs RFC.

The Bank of Ireland U18 Girls Cup Final will see another Ballinasloe RFC and Creggs RFC match-up this Sunday, 13th April at 2:30 PM in Creggs RFC. With some of the Ballinasloe players having been on the winning U16 Cup team the previous year, they'll be driven to continue their winning streak in the Bank of Ireland U18 Cup Final as well. Both sides made the Semi-Finals in the U18 League with Ballinasloe falling to a strong Tuam/Oughterard side while Creggs booked their spot in the final after an impressive Semi-Final win over last year's U18 Cup winners Ballina RFC. Facing last year's Cup finalists Tuam/Oughterard in the League Final, Creggs showed their class with a 45-26 win in Corrib RFC. Drawn into different Cup campaign pools, both teams showed their skill and determination, both topping their respective pools. It was Creggs this time that faced a strong Tuam/Oughterard side where they were able to just edge out the home side with a 29-21 win in Oughterard, sealing their place in the Cup Final on familiar turf. Ballinasloe, meanwhile, were the ones to face Ballina RFC this time who were looking to retain their U18 Cup Champions status. However, Ballinasloe had other ideas and stormed into the final with a 27-19 win at home. Sure to be an incredible contest between these two sides, the Bank of Ireland U18 Girls Cup Final is not to be missed. The Bank of Ireland U18 Girls Cup Final is at 2:30 PM on Sun, 13th April in Creggs RFC.
