A late flurry fired Ireland to a record-breaking win over The Springboks. Three closing tries ensured Ireland finished with a flourish as they ran out comprehensive 38-3 winners over a well-beaten South African side at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday night.

Debutant centre Bundee Aki played the full 80 minutes, impressively particularly in defence where he made 17 tackles and winning one turnover.

Kieran Marmion also played his part in the last ten minutes as a replacement for Conor Murray. The scrum half made his entrance on 70 minutes and almost immediately set up Rhys Ruddock for his try.

Irish Rugby TV caught up with Bundee after a winning debut.
