Christian Short appointed Chair of Spirit of Rugby

Connacht Rugby are pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Short as the new Chair of the Spirit of Rugby committee.

Christian, who currently works in University of Galway, is also Director of Rugby with Galway Bay Rugby Club and a well-known active referee.

A former professional player with Connacht, he also had spells with Northampton Saints and Lyon OU in the French Top 14.

We are delighted to have someone of Christian's calibre take up this position and we wish him well for his term.
