Connacht in Pool C of Limerick World Club 7s

Connacht Rugby will have a team in this year's Limerick World Club 7s taking place at Thomond Park on Friday 21^st and Saturday 22^nd August 2015.

The pool draw took place this morning and sees Connacht drawn in Pool C of the competition alongside Ulster, Argentina’s Buenos Aires and South African club Golden Lions.

Following this morning's event at Dublin's Herbert Park Hotel, a total of twelve teams from around the word - including the four Irish provinces - will compete in the following three Pools across August 21st and 22nd.

• Connacht


• Buenos Aires

• Ulster

The Connacht 7s team will be made up of a mixture of senior, Academy, sub Academy and club players.

It was also announced earlier today that those spectating on Friday August 21st will also be treated to 15s action when Connacht and Munster take to the field for an interprovincial pre-season clash.
