The Connacht Women management team have named a 36-player squad for the upcoming Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship.
The team return to action on Saturday 12th August when they welcome Leinster for the first round of the Championship, with a 5.15pm kick-off at The Sportsground.
The squad are on the road the following week with a trip to Musgrave Park to face Munster on Saturday 19th August with a 3.15pm start.
The final group game follows on Saturday 26th August for a 2.30pm kick-off at home to Ulster at The Sportsground. Tickets are on sale now below with free entry for all Season Ticket holders. TICKETS

Head Coach Lyndon Jones says he can’t wait for the Championship to get going:
“We can’t wait to get started and play some games. The squad have been training really hard heading into the Interprovincial campaign so now it’s about putting all our hard work into practice over the next four weeks.
It’s a young squad with loads of potential and as a coaching team we’re excited about what these next four weeks have to offer
The squad has a lot of new faces with some incredible players coming through from our age grade programmes – which is a testament to all the hard work being done by both Connacht and the clubs in continuing to grow the Women’s game.
We have two home game this year so I’d really encourage every rugby supporter in the province to come out and support the group starting Saturday August 12th at The Sportsground. It would be well deserved for these players after all their efforts and commitment the past few weeks.”
