This week marked the beginning of the 2018 Connacht Rugby Excellence Camps with official partners totalhealth Pharmacy.
These camps are designed for 13-16 year olds who want to further their rugby skills with fully accredited IRFU coaches and full-time Connacht Rugby staff.
Also included in the week long camp is nutrition advice, strength & conditioning guidelines, and a free Connacht jersey.

NUIG RFC is currently playing host to the first Excellence Camp, with further camps at Ballina RFC and Tuam RFC to follow later in the month.
