The competition is for U20 teams (10 players a side) with the overall winners of the Connacht U20s 10s Series receiving €5,000 worth of equipment from Elverys Sports for their club
Saturday’s event on the main pitch at the Sportsground was the third round of the competition with four rounds to go.
Six clubs were battling it out for the points with Ballina coming out on top ahead of Ballinrobe, Creggs, a combined Castlebar/Tuam side and Galwegians.
Details for the fourth round will be announced shortly with all clubs in the province welcome to enter a team. Email info@connachtrugby.ie for more details.
Along with the clubs, individuals are also invited to take part in the Festivals. An open invitation Barbarians side containing individual players or groups of three or four will compete in upcoming Festivals with players invited to sign up to play for this team if their own club is not entering (contact info@connachtrugby.ie to sign up for the Barbarians).
