The competition is for U20 teams (10 players a side) with the overall winners of the Connacht U20s 10s Series receiving €5,000 worth of equipment from Elverys Sports for their club.
The fifth leg takes place at Westport RFC on Saturday 14th April from 6pm. The event is an extra special one for the club as it will be the first set of games to take place under their new floodlights.
The sixth and final leg is on Saturday 21st April from 3pm (TBD) at Tuam RFC, and it'll be there where the final winners will be crowned.
Clubs who wish to enter a team should complete this entry form and email it to lyndon.jones@connachtrugby.ie before close of business on Tuesday 10th April.
We are also very keen to see a Barbarians side enter the remaining two festivals. The side can be made up of players from clubs who are not in a position to enter their own teams (or joined teams). The team could be made up of 1 or 2 players from 6, 7 or more clubs across the province. The team will be coached by a member of Connacht Rugby’s development staff to encourage players to sign up. Players can sign up by contacting lyndon.jones@connachtrugby.ie.
It's all still to play for as Ballinrobe lead the series by 6 points after the previous legs played in August and October. Ballina and Creggs are in hot pursuit and with 20 points to play for over the final two legs it’s not yet clear where the €5,000 worth of gear will end up!
