Canterbury Give It A Try is an 8-week programme in selected clubs where girls aged 8-14 can learn to play rugby in a fun environment.
The 2025 programme has been launched with over 80 clubs to choose from across the country.
Great fun, lots of games and a gentle and gradual introduction to the game of rugby.
Now in its 9th year, former participants are playing right up through age grade with a number now playing Interprovincial rugby at U18 level and Senior levels.
