Information for 2015/16 Season Ticket Holders

Thank you for buying your 2015/16 season ticket. You will shortly receive your cards in the post. Here is some information about the delivery of cards, tickets for Grenoble and season ticket packs. We look forward to seeing everyone for the first live rugby of 2015/16, the pre-season friendly with Grenoble next Friday 7th August at 5.15pm.

 

Season Ticket FAQs

 

I purchased my Season Ticket before 9 July. When will I receive the card/s?

Your season ticket card/s will arrive by post week commencing Monday 3 August. You will have your season ticket card/s in time for Connacht Rugby's pre-season friendly with Grenoble on Friday 7th August at 5.15pm. Use your card to gain entry to the match.

 

I purchased my Season Ticket after 9 July. When will I receive the card/s?

Your season ticket card/s will arrive by post at the end of August. You will have your season ticket card/s in time for Connacht Rugby’s first league match with Dragons on Friday 4^th September at 7.30pm.  How do I get into the pre-season friendly match on Friday 7^th August? You will be posted your match tickets week commencing Monday 3 August. (Anyone who purchases a season ticket week commencing Monday 3 August will receive their Grenoble ticket via email). If you have not received your Grenoble tickets by Thursday 6^th August, please email seasontickets@tickets.ie with your Season Ticket Account Number.

 

How do I get my Season Ticket Pack?

All season ticket holders will receive one Season Ticket Pack. Present your season ticket card, introductory letter and proof of ID to selected Lifestyle Sports stores between 21^st August and 21^st September to receive your pack. The introductory letter will be taken in return for your pack.

Please note a family season ticket is entitled to five season ticket packs.

 

I purchased an Upgraded ticket. When will I receive my complimentary beverage voucher?

As above you will receive your season ticket card/s by post in time for the first games. Separately, you will be posted your vouchers for a complimentary beverage at 3 home European games. You will receive this in advance of the first European fixture (fixture date yet to be confirmed). 

 

When is the pre-season party?

We will communicate details of the pre-season party in the coming weeks. All season ticket holders will be invited to attend.
