We are delighted to see IRFU #GiveItATry Programme back this summer. There are 12 clubs running in Connacht and this is an ideal opportunity for girls, aged 8-14, that have no experience to give rugby a try in a fun and safe environment. The Give It A Try programme has been instrumental in the success of clubs starting girls mini and youth clubs all over the country.
The 8-week programme consists of a coach education element, fun rugby sessions, and teaching the girls the basics of rugby.
