The triple header begins with the Under 13 Cup Final between Corinthians and Sligo. This game will be fascinating from start to finish. Corinthians qualify by virtue of wins over Creggs, Buccaneers and Claremorris with the incredible statistic of not conceding a single point while Sligo went through after beating Ballina, NUIG and Monivea en route to the final. Kick-off is at 12pm.
The Under 15 Cup Final at 2pm could be a classic as Galwegians and Ballina meet each other. Galwegians overcame Monivea in their opening game before beating Tuam in the quarter final. Their semi-final was against Sligo, a game they won comfortably 31-0. Their opponents have also travelled the length and breadth of the province registering their first win in the cup away to Castlebar before beating Corinthians 12-8 in Corinthian Park. The semi-final saw them face Buccaneers in Heffernan Park. Here, they made home advantage count in a 50-5 win.
The last of the games on Sunday sees Corinthians U17s go for a double as they face a Ballinasloe team who have been in lightning form, beating Sligo 54-12 in their opening game before disposing of Corrib in the semi-final. Corinthians go into the final with a similar record to their Under 13s by not conceding a single point in their games so far in this competition. In their opening game, they beat Monivea 69-0 before beating Galwegians 16-0 in the semi-final. Kick-off for this game is at 4pm.
Entry costs €10 for adults, €5 for 13-18 year olds and kids go free.
