Connacht Rugby and totalhealth Prozone The Inside Track Series continues on Monday next the 15th of March at 7 pm.

This series is aimed at all youth club & school players, boys and girls.

Connacht Rugby's Tom Daly and Sammy Arnold will give an insight into the role of a centre in both attack and defence and how the role has evolved and how they develop their skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young players to get position-specific knowledge from two professional players.
