Connacht head coach Pete Wilkins has named a 27-man squad to travel to Glasgow Warriors for their second pre-season friendly tomorrow at Scotstoun (k/o 6pm).
There are seven changes from the side that started the win over Sale Sharks last weekend at Dexcom Stadium. Josh Ioane will get his first run-out for Connacht, with the New Zealander starting at out-half. Also coming into the backs is David Hawkshaw at outside centre and Shane Jennings on the wing. Matthew Devine again starts at scrum-half, with Cathal Forde at 12, Shayne Bolton on the opposite wing and Piers O’Conor at full-back.
The pack sees Denis Buckley, Jack Aungier, David O’Connor and Paul Boyle all start, while Dylan Tierney-Martin, captain Joe Joyce, Darragh Murray and Conor Oliver are retained.
Twelve players are named along the replacements, including Academy winger Finn Treacy.
