The Connacht management team have released a positive squad update ahead of the start of the new BKT United Rugby Championship season.
JJ Hanrahan (knee) is the only player ruled out of Saturday’s interpro with Munster due to injury, with the out-half continuing to recover from an ACL operation. He is on target to be available for selection again in early 2025.
The remaining 43 Pro players, plus integrated Academy players, are currently training at Dexcom Stadium following 3 weeks of pre-season friendlies against Sale, Glasgow and Bristol.
After Munster on Saturday the squad welcome the Sharks to Dexcom for the first home game of the campaign on Saturday 28th September, with limited tickets available at connachtrugby.ie.
