Connacht Rugby Club & Community Officer Will Thornton recently co-ordinated a schools blitz for over 250 pupils at Galwegians RFC.
Our 14 CCROs work with schools giving as many young pupils as possible the opportunity to play rugby with a view to increasing numbers within the local clubs.
Blitzes like this take place across the province throughout the season.
