Volunteer Opportunity: Team Manager, Connacht Women’s Team

Connacht Rugby is seeking to fill the role of Team Manager for the Connacht Women’s team.

The role of the Team Manager is to provide the Connacht Women’s team with an excellent rugby experience and support the coaches in achieving the desired results through effective management of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a team showcasing the best players in Connacht and a number of international stars.

The milestone events will be three Interprovincial fixtures in December 2017. The role is a volunteer appointment with a commitment of approximately 30 days per season.

Applicants should satisfy the following criteria:

• Recent or previous experience as a Team Manager.


• Strong management skills (interpersonal, leadership, motivational, patience and teamwork).
