Connacht Rugby senior players Frank Murphy, Ronan Loughney, Craig Ronaldson and Tiernan O’Halloran linked up with charity partner Hand in Hand – Children’s Cancer Charity for the West of Ireland – on Monday to have their Movember moustaches shaved off.

The event took place in Avaya at Mervue Business Park and was attended by Avaya employees, Hand in Hand representatives, young Grace Kenneally, Connacht mascot, and her mother Ethna. Friends of Connacht Rugby, Fat Tony’s Barber Shop were on hand with the razors for the lucky participants, who were delighted to offer their upper lips after a long month and support a great local charity in the process.
