PlyoZone

PlyoZone with totalhealth is a 5 week programme (one evening a week) designed for girls aged 12-15 to develop players' fundamental movement skills and athletic abilities such as power, mobility, speed and agility through fun plyometric exercises.

About PlyoZone

Participating in regular exercise is essential for physical and mental well-being. It boosts cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and improves flexibility and coordination. Additionally, exercise helps reduce stress, enhance mood, and build self-confidence.

By joining PlyoZone, young athletes will not only improve their athletic performance but also develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

Program Details

  • Duration: 5 weeks, one evening per week
  • Age Group: Girls aged 12-15

Schedule and Venues

  • Ballina RFC

    • When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
    • Start Date: June 25th
  • ATU Galway, Renmore

    • When: Wednesdays, 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
    • Start Date: June 26th
  • Ballinasloe RFC

    • When: Thursdays, 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    • Start Date: June 27th

Registration and Costs

  • Spaces Available: 20 per venue – book early to avoid disappointment!
  • Cost: €50 per person (includes a Macron PlyoZone T-shirt)
