Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions upon which this ticket is issued by Connacht Rugby (Connacht Branch of the IRFU) are set out below. The acceptance of this ticket shall constitute acceptance by the ticket holder of these Terms and Conditions. A breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the ticket void and all rights conferred or evidenced by it shall be nullified.

1. Your Season Ticket is valid for entry to all regular season home games in the United Rugby Championship, and all regular home pool games in the European Champions/Challenge Cup and any pre-season friendly games.
   
   
2. Knockout/playoff fixtures in any competition are not included.
    
3. Connacht Rugby reserve the right to host any fixture at Dexcom Stadium or any other venue.
    
4. Please note that the fixture list for the forthcoming season is still to be finalised by the tournament organisers. We would remind supporters that fixtures are subject to change at any time and Connacht Rugby cannot be held responsible for any associate costs to fans in the event of an amendment. Should any match be cancelled or postponed there are no refunds. If the match is eventually played, your Season Ticket will be valid for a later date in the same season.
   
   
5. Season Tickets may be purchased online through www.connachtrugby.ie or through the ticketing line on 01 653 3914 or from the Connacht Rugby Office on 091 447 751.
   
   
6. The purchaser must be 18 years of age, or over.
   
   
7. All payments will incur a Future Ticketing or Go Cardless handling fee, depending on the chosen method of payment.
   
   
8. A Credit Card or Debit Card is required to complete the purchase online.
   
   
9. In the event of a Credit Card or Debit Card payment failing the initial purchase, Connacht Rugby reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket.
   
   
10. Season tickets are strictly non-resaleable and the ticket holder is not permitted to re-sell their tickets for any of the individual games contained therein.
    
    
11. Juveniles under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all Connacht Rugby fixtures.
    
    
12. Connacht Rugby reserves the right to request proof of age upon entry for all age restricted tickets.
    
    
13. The purchaser undertakes responsibility to provide full details for all ticket holders, including date of birth to verify age. Valid ID will be required to prove date of birth on all age-restricted tickets. All IDs will be required to be valid and produced for entry at all home fixtures. Please note that the date of birth on the ID supplied must match the produced ticket on the Digital Ticketing page.
    
    
14. Connacht Rugby shall issue a Connacht Rugby Season Ticket using its Digital Ticketing Platform. This page shall bear: the name of the Ticket holder; a unique Season Ticket Order number; the location that the ticket is valid for; a unique barcode; the type of ticket provided (i.e., Adult, Junior, etc.) and the period of validity.
    
    
15. The Connacht Rugby Season Ticket must be presented to gain entry to each match. All Season Ticket holders are to take full responsibility in the obtaining and producing of their Season Ticket.
    
    
16. Connacht Rugby will not be issuing any physical or e-tickets as we have moved completely to digital ticketing.
    
    
17. The Connacht Rugby Season Ticket holder is required to arrive at the ground at least 20 minutes prior to kick-off to guarantee entry to the stadium.
    
    
18. There are no refunds or rebates for the Connacht Rugby Season Ticket.
    
    
19. Connacht rugby Season Tickets cannot be deferred to a later season.
    
    
20. Sections or areas that do not have reserved seating or standing areas at any time operate on a first come, first served basis for all fixtures.
    
    
21. The Connacht Rugby Season Ticket must be scanned in-order to register attendance and gain entry.
    
    
22. Connacht Rugby reserves the right to cancel Season Tickets without refund if they are being used under false pretences.
    
    
23. Connacht Rugby Season Ticket Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
    
    
24. Connacht Rugby General Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply and are subject to change without notice.
    
    
25. Connacht Rugby Venue Regulations apply and are subject to change without notice.
    
    
26. If you have misplaced your Season Ticket, please contact the ticket office immediately.
    
    
27. All correspondence with Season Ticket is done via email. It is vital that you supply us with a full and correct email address on your Season Ticket account to ensure you receive updates. Connacht Rugby cannot be held responsible for emails that are not received. Please ensure that you are subscribed to the mailing list by filling out this form.
    
    
28. By purchasing a ticket through the Connacht Rugby website, you hereby agree to the Connacht Rugby Privacy & Cookies policy as laid out in our Privacy Policy.
    
    
29. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to Connacht Rugby using your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data to personalise and improve your experience on our digital platforms, provide products and services you request from us, and carry out profiling and market research.

Please note that the date of birth on the ID provided must match that issued on the Season Ticket for all age-restricted tickets.
