Mayor of Sligo Councillor Rosaleen O'Grady has recognised the achievements of Sligo RFC after their brilliant 2017/18 campaign.
The club clinched promotion to Division 2B of the All-Ireland League while they also claimed the Connacht Senior Cup.
In light of their success, the club have been honoured at a reception hosted by the Mayo, which was attended by club President Des Cosgrove and other club members.
