The pro squad rounded of the first block of intensive preseason training with an team building exercise. The event was hosted by hooker Shane Delahunt on his farm near Birr in Co Offaly and involved farming work in teams and building a camp for the overnight stay.
The squad will now get a few days to regenerate and prepare for the second block. This will involve travelling to France on August 14th ahead of a preseason fixture against Oyonnax on the 16th of August.
