Connacht Rugby and Total Health – Prozone – The Inside Track Series continues on Monday next the 29th of March at 7 PM.

 

This series is aimed at all youth club & school players – boys and girls.

 

Connacht Rugbys’ Caolin Blade and Mary Healy will give an insight into the role of a scrum-half in both attack and defence, as well as tips around skills development.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for your players to get position-specific and inside knowledge from two elite players.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young players to get position-specific knowledge from two professional players.

Connacht Rugby Club & Community are inviting male and female youth players to join two Irish international out-halves for a totalhealth Virtual ProZone session next week.
 
It takes place on Monday 22nd February from 19:00 to 19:30pm via Zoom, with MC and Irish international Gavin Duffy asking the questions.
 
During the webinar Jack and Nicole will share their expertise on how they have continued to hone their skills despite the current restrictions, and pass on helpful skills and tips to young players looking to keep active without scheduled games.

On Wednesday 5th December, 40 aspiring kickers and fly-halfs from around the province gathered at Tuam Rugby Football Club for the first ProZone: Kicking workshop with Jack Carty, David Horwitz, Luke Carty and Eric Elwood.
