What are the key dates?

The table below outlines the sales dates for the 2021/22 Season Tickets.

Sales Period Date for the diary Notes
Renewal Monday, March 21st 21/22 Season Ticket holders can renew for the 22/23 season.
Early Bird Monday, April 11th New Season Ticket holders can purchase pending availability, at a discount rate.
General Sale Monday, May 23rd New Season Ticket holders can purchase pending availability.
Relocation Throughout August Members that have requested to relocate will be notified during this time.

Can I renew my ticket in the same location?

Yes. So if your Season Ticket was in the Clan Terrace for 2021/22, you will be able to renew your ticket for the Clan Terrace again.


Will there be a relocation period?

Yes. Towards the end of August, we will collate all renewals and contact those who are on the waiting list for the Clan Stand. However, any spaces will be extremely limited and will be based on a first-come first-served basis.


What’s happening with Season Tickets in the Enclosure?

Those who were able to renew their Season Tickets for the Enclosure for the 21/22 Season, can do so again for 22/23.

Those who has an Enclosure ticket for the 19/20 Season and were unsuccessful renewing for 21/22 due to capacity restrictions will receive a separate email on Tuesday March 22nd directing them to a page where they can purchase an Enclosure Season Ticket.


Will I be receiving an eSeason Ticket?

After the purchase of your Season Ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that there will not be an eSeason Ticket attached to your confirmation email.

At a later stage you will receive an email which contains your eSeason Ticket which is downloadable to your wallet app on your mobile device.

There will be no physical tickets distributed.


I’m having trouble purchasing a Season Ticket online.

If you are running into any issues the vast majority of problems can be solved by simply accepting or rejecting the cookie compliance prompt at the bottom of your screen. Then re-launch your browser and you should be good to go.

What different Season Ticket Memberships are available?

  • Adult: Adult (22+) tickets for the Clan Terrace and Main Terrace. Applies to adults born before 1/7/2004.
  • Enclosure: Tickets for the Enclosed area (unreserved seating and standing room). These are adult tickets only.
  • Grant Thornton Seated: Tickets for the Grant Thornton Seated Stand (reserved seat for the all regular season games). These are adult tickets only.
  • Young Adult: Previous Student Season Ticket Holders can renew as a Young Adult provided they are between 16-22 years old, i.e., born between 1/7/2000 and 1/5/2006 (ID required). Please note that Student Tickets are now discontinued.
  • Senior: Seniors over 66. To be eligible for a Senior Season Ticket as a Senior you must be born before 1/7/1956 (ID required). All IDs will be required to be produced for entry at all home fixtures. Please note that the name and date of birth on the ID provided must match that issued on the Season Ticket card.
  • Junior: Children aged under 16. To be eligible for a junior tickets children must be born after 1/7/2006. Proof of age is required.
  • Family Bundle (4): 2 Adult and 2 Junior Season Tickets
