When can I purchase a Season Ticket Membership for 2020/21?

The table below outlines the sales dates for the 2020/21 memberships.

What different Season Ticket Memberships are available?

  • Adult: Adult (18+) tickets for the Clan Terrace and Main Terrace.  Applies to adults born before 1/5/2003.
  • Enclosure: Tickets for the Enclosed area (unreserved seating and standing room). These are adult tickets only.
  • Grant Thornton Seated: Tickets for the Grant Thornton Seated Stand (reserved seat for the all regular season games). These are adult tickets only.
  • Student: 16-18 year olds and third level students. To be eligible for a Student Season Ticket as a Student you must be between 16 and 18 years of age, i.e. born between 01/05/2003 and 01/05/2005 (ID required), or have valid third level student ID.
  • Senior: Seniors over 66. To be eligible for a Senior Season Ticket as a Senior you must be born before 01/08/1954 (ID required). All IDs will be required to be produced for entry at all home fixtures. Please note that the name and date of birth on the ID provided must match that issued on the Season Ticket card.
  • Junior: Children aged under 16. To be eligible for a junior tickets children must be born after 1/5/2005. Proof of age is required.
  • Family Bundle (4): 2 Adult and 2 Junior Season Tickets
  • Family Bundle (3): 2 Adult and 1 Junior Season Tickets

Please note: All Student memberships will be subject to valid ID. Student membership cards will have to be collected from the Sportsground when they are available. At this point valid ID will be required. We accept the following forms of ID:

  • Third level student ID with a validity date present
  • Letter from third level institution confirming enrolment
  • Proof of age for 16-18 year olds (Age Card, Passport, Birth Cert).

How can I renew my Season Ticket?

All Season Ticket Members will receive an email with a link to renew your season ticket. If you cannot find this email, please check your junk, spam, promotions or updates folder. If you still cannot find this email, or did not provide an email at time of purchase please contact the Sales & Helpline on 01 653 3914.

Can I change what section my Season Ticket is for?

If you wish to keep your current Season Ticket but would like to change the location of it then you should renew as normal before the 31st March.

During the renewal process you will be presented with an option to indicate that you would like to move.

Once you have renewed your Season Ticket and selected the option to relocate, you will be automatically added to the waiting list.

IMPORTANT: This means that the earlier you renew your ticket the better chance you have of relocating should space become available. This waiting list will operate on a first come first serve basis. If you are unsuccessful in relocating you are still guaranteed your original location.

I have a seat in the Grant Thornton Seated Stand. Can I change it?

All seats currently occupied by Season Ticket Members are reserved for that member until the renewal period ends. That means that during the renewal period you can only renew your current seat or change to a currently unallocated seat. These seats will display if they are available.

I have multiple Season Tickets under my account but more than one order number. How do I renew?

Can I purchase extra tickets?

During the renewal phase it is not possible to purchase more tickets than you already hold. The renewal period is restricted to the renewal of current memberships. Therefore the special renewal price is exclusive to current Season Ticket members. If you do wish to purchase additional Season Tickets, this option will only be available once the early bird period begins, pending availability.

What happens if I do not renew my Season Ticket by March 31st?

Any memberships that are not renewed by the cut-off date of 5pm, March 31st will be utilised for relocating renewed Season Ticket members that wish to be moved. Following that process all remaining memberships will be released on general sale.

IMPORTANT: If you do not renew your ticket by the cut-off date of 5pm on March 31st you may lose your place in your current location (Clan, Main or Enclosure). We cannot guarantee any ticket renewals after this date.
