Digital Ticketing Guide
So you bought yourself some Connacht Rugby match tickets. Congratulations! Below you'll find a guide on how you can access your tickets.
Your phone is your ticket!
Getting into the game has never been easier! Your tickets are digital, which means all you need is your phone to enter the stadium.
When you purchased your tickets you will have received an email with a link directly to our ticketing site.
If you can't find that email you can access the digital ticketing site here.
Accessing Your Tickets
If this is your first time using our ticketing site, simply create an account using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
Already have an account but can't remember your login details? No worries! Just select ‘Forgot Credentials’ to reset your password.

Transferring Tickets
If you want to pass your ticket on or share with a friend, head to the bottom of the ticket you wish to share and press the blue share button.
Enter the details of the person you wish to share the ticket with.
Press transfer ticket. The receipient will receive an email with instructions to access the ticket.
You can cancel the transfer once it's started, however once the recipient accepts the transfer, you will no longer be able to cancel it
