The Connacht Rugby Fitness Camps return on Monday October 13th 2014. Finish the year on a high and give yourself a head start to 2015!
Bootcamp
Our classes are suitable for both men and women and are structured in a way to challenge you no matter what level of fitness you are at or aspire to get to. Bootcamp will give the trainee an all-over body workout; will improve general health, boost aerobic endurance and aid fat loss. Most importantly Bootcamp will have a core objective of teamwork and encouragement will flow from this to allow the trainee to push themselves to maximise their training results.

Tuesday & Thursday 6.30 to 7.30pm

– Total of 10 weeks in length (20 sessions in total)
– Outdoor training suitable for both men and women
– Designed for people of all fitness levels
– Based on the all-weather multipurpose 3G area

Strength & Conditioning
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are ideal for those who want to improve their performance as well as their health. These particular classes are as close to training like a professional athlete as you will get. Everyone will receive advice and guidance tailored to their specific goals but the overall programme will be similar for everyone.

– Resistance training

INSTRUCTOR – GERARD KELLY
Gerard holds a NCEF qualification in Health and Fitness and a Diploma in personal training. Gerard is also a former Connacht Rugby development squad member and an All-Ireland senior club hurling championship winner with Portumna.
