Connacht Rugby’s training camps are back! Kick-start the new year and achieve your fitness goals by joining our Bootcamp or Strength & Conditioning sessions, or a mix of both. The classes are structured in a way to challenge you no matter what level of fitness you are at or aspire to get to. S&C will be run under the watchful eye of Pro Jason Harris Wright!

2015 classes will start Monday 12th January for 10 weeks. Schedule and costs are below.

  • Strength and Conditioning – Monday and Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30 pm
  • Bootcamps – Tuesday and Thursday  6.30pm – 7.30pm
  • 10 week camps (20 sessions in total)

 

  • Bootcamp €99 (10% discount for Connacht Rugby season ticket holders and returning participants)
  • Strength and Conditioning €165 (10% discount for Connacht Rugby season ticket holders and returning participants)
  • Combo (One of each a week) €139 (10% discount for Connacht Rugby season ticket holders and returning participants)
