Connacht Rugby Fitness Classes Starting Now!!

Achieve your fitness goals by joining our Bootcamp or Strength & Conditioning sessions. Both sessions will ensure proper form and technique are learned and used with classes structured in a way to challenge you no matter what level of fitness you are at or aspire to get to. Both sessions will be run under the watchful eye of Gary McGrath who is part of the Connacht Rugby strength and conditioning staff. The S&C classes are in the state of the art Connacht Rugby gym whilst the Bootcamp sessions are on the 3G all-weather pitch.

Classes will start Tuesday 12th January and run every Tuesday and Thursday for 5 weeks. Schedule and costs are below.

Bootcamp Sessions– Tuesday and Thursday 6.00pm – 7.00 pm

Strength and Conditioning – Tuesday and Thursday  7.15pm – 8.15pm

5 week camps (10 sessions in total)
