Connacht Rugby have today released a short video to coincide with the recent launch of its Vision & Strategy 2016 – 2020.

Grassroots to Green Shirts is a journey that starts with participation, is fuelled with perspiration and culminates in inspiration.

Grassroots to Green Shirts – the vision for Connacht Rugby was written and directed by young Mayo-born director Lorcan Hynes with voiceover performed by New York-based, Galway-born actor Donall O’Healai.
